About Our Trails

Valle Cay’s trail system is made up of three established trails; Baird’s Creek Trail, Victoria Trail, and Rhododendron Trail. Although each trail has a distinct beginning and end, all three trails can be accessed in one continuous loop with some utilization of Valle Cay roads (Valle Cay Drive, Valle View, and Green Turtle). In its entirety, the loop is approx. 3.75 miles and features several hundred feet in elevation change.

Points of interest

The primary takeaway of the trail system is the natural beauty of Valle Cay. Each trail has unique points of interest that change seasonally. Lakes, ponds, natural rock formations, and long-range views are some of the noteworthy features. Victoria Trail borders Lake Victoria which offers canoeing, fishing, and two picnic areas.
